Tea both causes cancer and helps prevent it.
Dark chocolate causes diabetes, obesity which increase chances of getting cancer, but dark chocolate can prevent cancer if eaten in small quantities.
Alcohol causes liver damage and mouth and oesophageal cancer, but red wine in moderation prevents cancer.
