Just started watching the second season of House on DVD.

I loved the first season and this one looks as if it is just as good. I have to say though, each time I watch it it does take a while to get used to Hugh Laurie having an American accent.

I used to enjoy watching it but find it a little too repetitious now, it seems to be the same old, same old formula.

I haven't watched it a lot mainly because I am at work in the evening - but I do enjoy it when I see it - Billy from Neighbours is also in it which is quite odd to see too.

I know Hugh Laurie's Yank accent grates with you, Mum, but you cannot deny that 'Dr House' is a fantastic character (and one for which he has, quite rightly, won two Golden Globes and the Screen Actors Guild Award).

Dan and I had a massive thing for 'Dr Cameron' for ages but I'm not so sure now. I think I'm becoming a convert to 'Dr Cuddy'. One of my favourite episodes is the one we watched the other night when House breaks into Cuddy's home with 'Dr Foreman' and 'Dr Chase' and he goes up to her bedroom and, looking down on the bed, says: "This is where it all happens". I think the love-hate thing they have going on is electric.
