That is absolutely appalling! I can't believe what I'm reading there, VG, it must be some mistake surely?

After all, anyone with the slightest culinary knowledge knows that the correct recipe includes sun-dried tomatoes and grated lemon zest......

I think the choice of wine might depend upon how well hung the meat has been.....
